Our construction project with PBZ involved the renovation, with an addition, of a very old home that has been in the family for many years. Needless to say the seven months of construction were anxious as we were changing the family home so much and that it was important to us to maintain the old characteristics of the house as much as possible.

But PBZ was there with us every step of the way. Their workmanship and attention to detail was exceptional, but more importantly they made the experience enjoyable by working closely with us, tossing around ideas, presenting different options to come up with the best solutions. The seven-month project went without a hitch and today my family lives in a beautiful home that maintained its charm. Just ask the many people in Canton who have commented on the house. Our deepest thanks to you and your staff for the spectacular workmanship and the attention to detail that PBZ Construction Inc. provided while working on renovations to our home. You created a friendly and a professional atmosphere while you were with us, and you treated "our home like it was your home."

We heard about PBZ Construction Inc. from a friend and after meeting with you and discussing plans to have new doors, windows and siding installed, we felt confident that PBZ Construction Inc. would be the best choice for us. We signed a contract with you, and before the siding, windows, and doors were completed, we could see that PBZ Construction's workmanship was superior and your attention to detail was exactly what we wanted. We decided that while you were still at our home, we would add a two-car garage, a new roof, and a new deck. You, along with your architect, assisted with the architectural plans for the garage and spent many hours talking and guiding us through the numerous choices and decisions that are necessary with a large addition. The garage was completed without a hitch, and we are thrilled with the finished product. The completed garage, the roof, the siding, the windows, doors and the deck exceeded our expectations; and our expectations were very high. You did everything you said you would do and also included numerous "additional extra touches." Because we were so pleased with your work, we signed another contract with PBZ Construction Inc. to renovate our kitchen and two bathrooms and, as always, we are 100% satisfied with PBZ Construction Inc.

We are extremely pleased with the entire construction experience that we shared with you, and we appreciate the interest and concern you showed us. We were very happy with your architect, plumbers, electricians, and tile installer because every one of them was a craftsman and a gentleman and a pleasure to have in our home.
